Best Agent Ever

I have to give an unqualified rave review to Craig Schniepp who went far above and beyond to sell our father's house during a pandemic and with me living 100 miles away. The house needed a lot of work and he didn't shy away from doing everything in his power to get us the best possible price when many would have sold short for a quick sale. He took on so many of the responsibilities that would normally fall to the owner from arranging the gardener, the roofer, the contractor who redid the balcony, the termite people, the stager and the appraiser. He even went so far as to do a bit of painting and repair a faulty toilet stop that was causing water to run unchecked for a long while causing an insane water bill. In addition to all of that he checked on the property regularly, even when we were all in tight lockdown, and he oversaw everything! Not only did he treat the house as if it were his own, he treated us all as family and I am proud to call him a friend now, even though living so far away I am unlikely to need his services in the very near future. I recommend Craig Schniepp wholeheartedly and without reservation as a hard-working realtor of integrity and honesty as well as just a really good man.

Great Agent

My husband and I recently enjoyed the services of Craig in the sale of our home in Oceanside, and in the purchase of our home in Vista.

We met Craig several years ago when he moved in next door and became our neighbor!  We struck up a friendship that has lasted through the years.  I jokingly told him early on that when we decided to sell our home, we'd be sure to hire him to help us.  (At the time, I thought we'd  live there till the end of our time!  We loved our home...the location is prime and it suited us perfectly.)  Even after Craig moved to La Jolla, we continued the friendship.

This year it became evident that it was time for us to make a move.  We had already decided to move to a senior community in Vista where several of our friends from church reside.  So, to his surprise I'm sure, I made the call to have him come and advise us on our next best step!

To say he handled everything professionally is an understatement to the max!!  His support and care of us during this whole process was invaluable.  It became even more evident when in the process of purchasing the home of our choice in Vista, he became available to help the lady who was selling to us!  
When all was said and done, we enjoyed a transition that was smooth and friendly.  I can say without any reservation, that the lady in question would also agree on Craig's professionalism and care.

I should mention here that during the sale of our home we had the misfortune of the purchaser backing out a week before the close of escrow!  Craig kept us on an even keel and had the home on the market that evening.  It sold, again!, the next day!!

He remains on our “favored friends list!”  To any and all who would consider using his services, I would highly recommend him.  You won't regret it!
